It felt as if anything that could go wrong did go wrong on Bayview Ave during repair work down the extension Thursday. Traffic was reduced to one lane each way. Then, for reasons unknown the lights at Bayview and Moore defaulted to flashing red during rush hour. Honey, I’ll be late.
