Garage posing as a coach house?
What appears to be a garage posing as a “coach house” located somewhere in the vicinity of St. Clair West and Avenue Road has been listed on View It.ca as housing. The owners want $1,000 a month. The story appears in Metro on Thursday. There is no footage given for the building but it is said to come with a fridge, stove, parking spot and a private bathroom. There are also hardwood floors and stairs leading to a loft-like sleeping area.
