The CBC reports Friday morning that some customers of Air Miles have found it difficult to redeem rewards and other services associated with Air Miles. In this regard, a law firm in Calgary has filed a class-action lawsuit against LoyaltyOne, the company that owns and operates the Air Miles rewards program in Canada. The case is not certified. But other consumers who have long since lost interest in such so-called travel benefits will smile at this. They prefer to avoid the experience. CBC
