Tory to attend at cricket tournament at Sunnybrook Park

Mayor John Tory will attend with sponsors, community members and cricket teams from across Toronto, Saturday June 25th, the 12th annual Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) Mayor’s Trophy Cricket Tournament. It runs all day at Sunnybrook Park north pitch at 1132 Leslie Street but you can catch the mayor about 9 a.m. when remarks are scheduled.  Joining Mayor Tory will be MP Adam Vaughan; Toronto Police Chief Mark Saunders; Michael Lam, CIMA Chair; Andrew Miskin, Global President of CIMA; and Mahes Wickramashinghe, Chief Strategy Officer, Canadian Tire. The CIMA games have helped to raise funds to support youth cricket programs such as Cricket Across the Pond scholarships and the Mayor’s School Cricket Tournament in Toronto.
