414 Manor Rd. near Cleveland up for $2,150,000

The transformation of Manor Rd. and other South Bayview residential streets is steaming forward. It’s okay, we suppose that those little brick bungalows like 414 Manor are vanishing but the places that replace them are priced over the moon. Inset are the pictures of the home in question. At top, the place as it sits for sale this season listed at $2,159,000 by Fari Madani, Re/Max Infinite Inc. Thanks to Toronto Life for that.  Below, the bungalow that was, photographed in 2011 by Google Streetscape. The new place is described by Toronto Life as an ultra-modern, grey-brick home with an enormous fireplace in the living room. It has a second-floor laundry room, Nest thermostats, exterior cameras, radiant heating in the bathrooms and basement and an under-the-stairs wine cellar. It has the garage at ground level, an architectural feature that is being questioned by some. The place sits near Cleveland midway between Gresham and Cheston Rds. on the north side Take a look
