Sun News reports that a Toronto man, Mohamoud Jimale, 45, is charged in a suspicious package incident that shut down the offices in Ottawa where the Prime Minister normally works. Mr. Jimale’s wife has told the Sun that her husband is mentally ill. He was referred by the court for assessment. Sun News
